Re-admission of any student for repeating or rejoining his/her previous class shall not be claimed as a matter of right. Authority can refuse the admission of any student if:

1. His/her conduct in the confidential record of the college is reported unsatisfactory.
2. He/she has not been regular, punctual and serious about studies.
3. He/she does not fulfill the basic conditions of merit/admission as devised by the Admission Committee, for the year in which re-admission is being sought.
